Cohort
A group of learners who start and progress through a program together, on a shared schedule toward a shared outcome.
Batch
One intake of a cohort program, such as the March batch of a bootcamp. A batch sets the start date, rhythm and finish line.
Squad
A small team of three to six learners inside a batch who practise, support each other and deliver work together.
Squad learning
A cohort design in which small, stable teams share goals, roles and reviews so participation and progress stay visible.

No. SquadBatch is positioned as software for creating, running and improving cohort-based learning programs. Trainers and organizations bring their own content and learners.

02Can I use SquadBatch for offline or hybrid batches?

The planned product model supports online, offline and hybrid cohorts through scheduling, tasks, attendance and centralized communication.

03Do learners need to pay for individual accounts?

Our proposed pricing is organization-focused, with learner capacity and active cohort limits varying by plan. Final pricing and entitlements will be confirmed before launch.

04Can I run team-based projects?

Yes—squad formation, group challenges and submissions are central to the proposed SquadBatch experience.

05Do you support white labeling?

Academy branding is included in the product direction. Custom domains and advanced white-label features are planned and not yet available.

06Can I try the product today?
